|Recommended: YesPark Place Is A Great Place To Live — I have lived here since 2001 and it looks like it will become my permanent residence. Like everywhere you go, it has its pros and cons. The property management cares about us the residents and the livability and comfort of our apartment homes. The maintenance staff is always prompt and thorough in their repairs. Most of the neighbors who move in are considerate of others, but you have to realize that we are all living on top of each other. Overall, Park Place is a wonderful place to live and, in my book, it rates head and shoulders above other apartment homes in this price range.
We love that you are going to make this your permanent home. We are very fortunate to have you as a long time resident and we look forward to many years to come

|Recommended: YesIt Is Very Nice — The area and amenities are wonderful Parking all around, and a nice pool. You can tell it is an older building, but that doesn't take anything away.
