|Recommended: YesLong Term Resident Review — I am not a big fan of the new resident portal. It is too hard to navigate. I wish my fellow residents would not drop their facemasks on the ground, but dispose of them in the garbage receptacles. Parking is getting to be difficult. So many times I am unable to park in front of my own building but have to park in front of other buildings much further away. The maintenance staff is always thorough and courteous and the office staff is always friendly and helpful. I have lived here for over 20 years and I am still happy that I have chosen Park Place as my home.
response from property -Thank you for the review. I understand that the changes in the portal can be difficult but we are here to assist you whenever you have a issue with it. I am so happy that you are still happy after 20 years and I hope that you will continue living her for many years to come.

|Recommended: YesThe Property Is Decent Overall.. Wish Water Was Included Within The Monthly Rent. — Mostly quiet, maintenance men are very prompt. Overall is a decent place to live.

|Recommended: YesPark Place Is A Great Place To Live — I have lived here since 2001 and it looks like it will become my permanent residence. Like everywhere you go, it has its pros and cons. The property management cares about us the residents and the livability and comfort of our apartment homes. The maintenance staff is always prompt and thorough in their repairs. Most of the neighbors who move in are considerate of others, but you have to realize that we are all living on top of each other. Overall, Park Place is a wonderful place to live and, in my book, it rates head and shoulders above other apartment homes in this price range.
We love that you are going to make this your permanent home. We are very fortunate to have you as a long time resident and we look forward to many years to come

|Recommended: YesReview — The staff is nice and friendly. I wish there was assigned parking spots because with two kids and groceries, it hard to park far from where I stay.
