Shout out to the maintenance crew, always there when you need them.
Apartment complex is well kept and safe. No problems at all.
Gym has been closed since COVID struck that is the only down side.
I hope they open up soon.

|Recommended: YesConcerns — Been living here for roughly 2 years with not many issues that most apartments don't already experience. However, I do have an environmental health concern regarding consistent water intrusion. After nearly every rain storm and after every deployment I've returned from, Ive experienced water issues, which could cause mold. While immediate service to these situations have been greatly appreciated, I fear that simply drying out the carpet will not rectify this issue for future tenants.
|Recommended: NoDisgusting Apartment — You guys know you have foundation issues. Maintenance takes OVER 2 weeks to even attend to your requests. COCKROACHES everywhere.

People like Mrs. Cheryl she goes and cleans the playing ground with real stuff hardware or physical work she does not worry being GM and running the property
She also has a tendency to respond to emails
she knows when the software upgrade happens she could figure out how much
