|Recommended: YesThe Best Place To Live — It is a pleasure for me to write this email, as I could not be more satisfied and happy with all the work done by the Park Place team. Everyone has done an exceptional job, although I would especially like to highlight the work done by Miss Alana, Leasing Manager, who guided me throughout the process with patience and dedication, making each part of the process quite simple and friendly. Thanks to her, we were able to complete the application, see the apartment, fall in love with it, and finally live there. We have never experienced customer service of such magnitude and level of professionalism as we received with Alana Contreras.
On the other hand, I also want to praise the work of the maintenance staff, who diligently came to my apartment on the same day of my first request to adjust certain things that needed it. I am referring specifically to Mr. Andrew Speakarman, who did an impeccable job and in accordance with what was requested.
Thank you so much for your thoughtful and generous feedback. We are truly delighted to hear that your experience with Park Place has been so positive and that you're enjoying your new home. It's especially rewarding to know that Alana made such a meaningful impression during your leasing process. The maintenance team is great,very responsive, even on low priority items. My neighbors are friendly and helpful, yet keep to themselves. The grounds are well kept, landscaped and maintained. Office staff is helpful. I would continue living here, but I was blessed to buy a house Best of luck to you.

Office staff are very kind and always respond punctually. Alana worked with me personally throughout my leading process. She could not have been more professional or helpful as I moved from another state. Its very quiet at night and it is a very safe environment. I foresee being very happy here at Park Place

|Recommended: YesIt’s Been Over Four Weeks Since The First Maintenance Request Winning For My 30 Year Old Water Heater On And They Still Have Not Done Nothing About It — I’ve put a maintenance request in about over a month and a half back and they have not replaced or done anything about my 30-year-old water heater in their way of fixing. It was by telling me that my elements are fine when clearly you take off the panels and you look at the elements they are completely rusted where you can take a Fingernail and start peeling the metal flakes off of the elements of the water heater
