|Recommended: NoPark Noisy Place — Too many loud cars muffler people coming in at all hours with there music thumping. Laundry left unattended in washer dryers. Faulty dryers never fixed.
Walls so thin I can hear upstairs neighbor peeing in toilet. 😡

|Recommended: YesFriendly Place To Live — I moved here in January 2023. I am over all impressed with Park Place in general. The few maintenance issues I’ve had were quickly taken care of. Property management office staff are friendly and helpful. My neighbors in the building are friendly as well.

|Recommended: YesDon’t get the A building on the road side. Very noisy and people don’t respect that it’s others trying to sleep when they come in with there music loud or noisy cars… people reving there car engines or a few with extremely loud exhaust. They should have made the entrance into this place over by the mailboxes. Then you wouldn’t get disturbed by car noises

|Recommended: NoPoor — Everything looked good upon moving in until you look closer. You hear everything above you because it was poorly constructed. There is mold in the walls which we would not have even known if it was not for the leak above us from our neighbors bath tub and I am certain there is mold now because it was not properly ripped out and the hole was not even covered until recently..more like filled with a cement foam. Mold is harmful and the lack of caring for your tenants is even more disturbing. I have taken pictures of everything in these walls.
Maintenance puts a bandaid on things instead of fixing issues. Last property manager Sheryl said bed bugs were present after we said I was bit by something in the apartment and tried to con us into a 500 month treatment plan. After having multiple specialists come out she finally understood it was not bed bugs.
It stinks of weed everywhere around our building. People throw trash everywhere. You do not have a nice area for the children so they do nothing except get into trouble. Electrical outlet in the kitchen had been out the whole time here. For the price paid..I am not pleased. These issues need to be addressed. I overstand that we have new owners so I hope these issues get taken care of.
